We are seeking a capable and driven Trade Receivables Administrator with a strong foundation in accounting and at least three years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing fundamental financial tasks with minimal supervision, actively supporting the finance team, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain accurate financial records

  • Assisting with month end closure

  • Manage banking, cash flow, and reconciliation processes.

  • Prepare and maintain tax-related documents and other regulatory submissions.

  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities and monitor adherence to budgetary constraints.

  • Provide support during audits by gathering documentation and assisting in data compilation.

  • Identify areas for improvement within financial processes and recommend enhancements.

  • Full debtors function

  • Adhoc tasks from Time to Time as requested by the FM

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a financial or accounting role.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and accounting procedures.

  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

  • Strong personality with a proactive attitude and drive to improve processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
